This is the most important thing to do and the stress of already going through this once is too much to be trying to deal with it while your body needs everything to help you go through whatever needs to be done to get you healthy again. Since your first thing should be getting a GI you can have confidence in try finding one through word of mouth. You should know someone that either works in or around a hospital and can help you here. What about relatives and/or friends or relatives of friends? Someone must have a name for you to check out, and please check this one out first. Make sure your first impression is that good feeling as first impressions are usually right. Trust in yourself as you've gotten this far even if it meant taking things into your own hands. Now, get rid of the stress by getting a new GI first and your health back second. Before you start spending money replacing things as someone suggested, call the ISP tech support and see if they have a problem on their end (or, in the modem, which they should also support). They may be able to see something in logs or statistic counters. And, there's at least SOME chance they will say, "Hang on...let me look....hmmm...that's not right.....okay. It should be fixed now"

Almost all the modalities have to deal with at least some form of bodly fluid. Barium Enemas are still done, but it all depends on where you are working and what you are working in. Its mainly hospitals that deal with those types of exams. Some outpatient centers may do some. If you are at an orthopedic hospital you will very seldom see a B.E. The training behind it depends on the program you are applying to and what you put into it. (some programs are much much better than others) As a Radiographer you will deal with some form of bodily fluid especially in the ER when you are doing your clinical rotations as well as going to the O.R.(if your program requires) It is a rewarding career as you can branch out to MR, CT, specials, US, NUC Med, Radiation Therapy and beyond. Can my fiancee put my name on his checking account making it a joint account if he is incarcerated? ?

Unfortunately he was incarcerated with out warning several months ago. He has turned all his financial matters over to me. He signed several blank checks the day he went in, but after they were all gone we have relied on his ATM card & I have had to take care of things with cash. When I filed my taxes this year I did a direct deposit to his account using Turbo Tax, because his funds are running low & it would be faster then having a check mailed to me. I didn't realize at the time that MY name had to be on the account. Just a stab in the dark but does anybody know if he can put me on the account if I have a notarized statement from him saying he wants me on the account? Would the bank have a special form for this? If I were you I would request the payment book and send the payments in myself. And you can provide a copy of the check to the Seller each month so that he/she knows you made the payment. Or you can make the check payable to the lien holder and give the check to the Seller and let them send it in. I definitely wouldn't give cash or a check payable to the seller and just trust him/her to pay it. I work in a law office and have seen several people get burned on a deal like this. Just last week a guy came in because he was making cash payments to the seller but the seller was keeping the money. The lien holder repossessed the truck after the poor guy had already paid for over a year.

Anyone else think that Modern Warfare 2 online air support is overpowered?

I been p[laying for a couple days now and I'm pretty decent with ground combat, I usually crouch everywhere, camp, and ambush hardly using ault riffles, instead my sniper or light machine gun (mostly sniper) But anyways, after getting my first kill-streak reward (care package) I get something like a predator missile and always kill at least one enemy, which rewards me with another air-strike which wipes out another couple rewarding me with the chopper. This ends up wiping out 5-10 people and if I get a chopper gunner or AC130, forget it... My K/d will end up being like 35-6 or something. It's awesome and all but it seems a bit unfair seeing how after that blow to the enemies they end up losing which is kinda not right since everyone on my team is negative K/D and their team they're all positive. Any opinions?

Need help picking out a putter?

I've been looking for a new putter for a while now. I love Scotty Cameron's (blades) but I'm not spending $400 on a putter. I also love Odyssey's I like the White Hot XG #1 most, it's a blade, and I really want a blade, I hate the extra weights on the back of Mallets, etc. I'm willing to spend about $120 on a putter, I'm willing to go up a little. Deep seated psychological issues or simple relationships problems?

Take all the therapy to build a better bonding. He's having trust issues. He's having separation anxiety issues. I have been abused for the last 45 years from my parents when I was young and just recently with my ex husband. If he cares for you enough he would do it to save this relationship. It will make him feel better about his life and surroundings. Not all will agree but let him decide on his own time when to do this as most abused people don't like to speak of the abuse as its traumatic. Just be supportive. Just love him unconditional. Don't run from his issues besides going to war is stressful enough. My son went to Iraq twice and just last weekend he finally broke down about his issues. It can get to some military personal. They try to keep all their issues bottled up. Just listen to him vent when he goes to therapy. This isn't the time to point fingers and who did what to whom. Just sit and listen and observe. The counselor will guide you through the steps of recovery. Just hang on it will be a roller coaster when you attend these sessions. He will cry. He will get angry. He will not talk much at first. Let him get all the junk or steam out of his system. Just be supportive. I know its not a one way issue here but both of you need to come together to make this work.

I have the same issue with my Sony Ericsson W705. The 3G never works, even though it's enabled. Nor does my video call work due to the 3G not able to work. Sony Ericsson's are awesome phones, nonetheless. I just wish all the same data settings applied. Let us know if you find a way to get it to work! Depending on what service provider you have, you may want to try and find your local store and see if they can reset something in the phone. That's what I'm going to try. Good luck!

Our men need to come back home and take care of their own families We cannot allow other affluent countries to just sit by while we play the role of world peacemakers. There are over a million foreclosures and jobs lost. Animals no longer have homes and are dumped in shelters. People are stealing just to feed their children! My kitten is having some trouble....?

She is about 10 weeks old, but she is very small we think she is the runt of the litter since all the other cats have gained and grown much faster then her. Lately she will eat and then throw up this white nasty spit with a small amount of food. Yet she seems to have no problems with her bowl movements and no diarrhea. Highlands Ranch, Littleton, or Fort Collins. Take your pick. Both Highlands Ranch and Littleton are suburbs on the south side of town with easy access to the mountains. They both have extremely close access to the Denver health care system. Fort Collins is farther north (about an hour) but is consistently voted one of the top 3 small cities in the country to live in because of its amenities and such. My wife and I moved out to Colorado a year ago, our favorite is Highlands Ranch. It's close to the city but is removed enough where we feel that we can escape at night. i have anxiety and i have adhd, turning 13 in a couple of months. ever since the beginning of this year ive been more depressed than ever.i just absolutely hate my school, i like my frendz but theres just one problem that i have with a person and i really really really hate them for liking me, ya i hate someone for liking me. so i keep skipping school days when i get the chance. ive been crying, alot now. almost every week i will have atleast one breakdown. but ever since this year started it feels like something apart of me is miissing, but just cant find out wat. i realized that i stopped showing respect for my mom, i would get in the car from school and be instantly mad at her, i dont know why. i cried this morning bcz i didnt wanna come to school cuz i didnt feel good but i wasnt feeling good all week. last night i had a dream that my cousin was dieng, the night before that i had a dream my friend died, i dont remeber any of my other dreams. i dont know if its bcz i went to a funeral last week for someone that i didnt know. but i also cried last night bcz i was tired and still didnt finish my hw.i normaly finish my hw at 12 am. when i get home from school, i like to be alone and go on the computer and listen to music, im listening to music right now, i like to go shopping, and draw. at school i hate being alone and feel awkward when i am. but the problem with my drawings is that i draw my feeling, as in i draw depressing pictures. im not drawing anymore cuz i dont feel like it... i only drew 3 things this year, an eye, an arm with cuts on it, and a dead tree. i hide all my drawings. ive realized that ive been eating more junk food, i think im eating to be happy. i weigh only 90 pounds but i realized that im always calling myself fat around my friends and they always say im skinny. but i dont like how i look sometimes.i started playing volleyball, and when ever i do something wrong or like miss a ball or something, i feel awkward and feel like everyones going to remeber that. i think all of my problems r bcz of scool and just cant wait to get out.ive been thinking if i should see a therapist.i dont know if this is just a stage of life, i just want some advice...

No, I think fathers are essential. Children in single parent homes struggle in so many ways -- more likely to grow up in poverty, more likely to do poorly at school, more likely to be ually abused, more likely to use drugs and drink to excess, more likely to end up in jail. Boys who grow up without fathers are more likely to find their definition of manhood out on the streets where the standards are much lower than in a strong family. Girls lacking a good relationship with their fathers are more likely to become ually active at a young age, more likely to become promiscuous and more likely to get pregnant in high school. The lack of fathers in their lives is becoming a huge problem for today's youth. It's a shame their parents can't find a way to work together to raise their children. And it's a shame that so many young fathers walk away from their children because they can't get along with their mothers or don't want the responsibility.

I really need it. I'm not sure what to do about this. This is the most serious question I have ever asked in almost four years on Y!A. Here it is. Yesterday I stopped off at Denny's to get breakfast. I usually don't go to that one but I was in that neighborhood so I went there. I was sitting at the counter when my niece's husband came up to pay his bill. He was with a young woman, very young woman. He got a really surprised look on his face when he saw me sitting there. After paying he came over and said hello and introduced the girl as someone he met in college, even though she appears to be several years younger than him. I do no think she was looking at him with eyes of just a friend. It was an awkward moment. I just had Thanksgiving Dinner at their house. My best friends hate each other?

I have been hanging about with two girls, Stacey & Carla since we all started in Primary One. S & C both knew each other since nursery and generally got on really well, but just recently (we're in Primary Seven now) Stacey fell out with Carla and they had a major bust up on Facebook and fell out for a few weeks. Stacey and Carla were basically having a fight in caps lock and Alana was joining in when it had nothing to do with her. Eventually Stacey typed in caps lock 'OH FECK OFF I'VE NEVER REALLY LIKED YOU OR EVIE' I was really hurt at that. The next day at school Stacey and Alana hung out at playtime and lunchtime and I hung out with Carla. I told her to leave it, that Stacey would figure out Alana in her own time but since Alana was sniping at Carla, she said some horrible things about Alana and Stacey at the same time. Stacey spoke to me on Facebook that night saying she didn't mean it and she still loved me as her number one best friend. The next day Stacey and Alana fell out and Stacey was all alone, I told Carla to make up but Carla was still really annoyed at Stacey so refused, I said I would still be Stacey's friend regardless of what she thought so I made up with Stacey and Carla stormed off in a huff. My boyfriend just started a job cleaning oil tanks foe Enbridge. He goes into a big tank with a green suit on and shovels this nasty sludge. When he comes home he smells horrible. The smell is enough to knock you right off your feet. He takes a shower, and uses dawn dish soap and oil remover stuff on his whole body and the smell is still there. This stuff doesn't even get on his skin, just his hands, but the smell is all over his body, even after the shower. don't go above a 100w for an indoor enclosure, i have a repti glo bulb 10.0 this is plenty if you are going for a 100w one you need to fit it with a thermostat as they get really hot and can go above the recommended temp making the tortoise too hot, ideally it is better to have a heat lamp and a good UV lamp that does not get too hot, they do kick out a lot of heat so you have to be careful, best of luck with your tortoise honey

Chronic Inflammation of (possibly HPV related)?

I have been struggling with this issue for 5+ years. Married 14 years, monogamous 18 years with husband. No infidelity ever. Maybe someone can help. My is chronically inflammed in the bottom area. If you look the opening like a clock, it is between "5:00 and 7:00". I have been to 7 doctors. Checked for allergies at dermatologist - NONE. A Bartholin's Duct Cyst was removed 4 years ago. Inflammation persisted. 2 Biopsies taken (1 per year) 1st Results: Chronic Inflammatory cells and Squamous Cell Pappiloma. 2nd: Chronic Inflammatory cells and strong HPV possiblility. Was exposed to genital warts 18 years ago, never broke out. Gyne stated some HPV's cause cancer, some chronic inflammation. Treated with anti-viral gel (used for warts but Dr. hoped to make this go into remission). Was horrible, tissue worsened, peeled off, and felt like someone was extinguishing a cigarette on my . Discontinued after 2 weeks of use (3 days on, 4 days off the gel) Do not want to surgically remove tissue for fear of making situation worse! Have "googled" this issue for several years, always leads to dead ends and Cervial issues, which I do not have YET. Don't smoke, NEVER did drugs, have 2 healthy children. Drink socially. Take multi-vitamins, and have dappled with "Acai" juice and other natural stuff. I am healthy, 38 years old, and lead a normal life. Desparate to try to find out what to do....current Gyne is great, but wants to "leave it alone" to observe....can't blame the guy, he is new to my case. I was due to get my period yesterday and I still havent gotten it today! My partner and I have been trying to conceive. I got my period last month on the 16 and have about a 27 day cycle. I have never been late or missed a period. I have 2 daughters 2 and 4 and we are trying to keep the 3rd about 2 years apart. It hasnt been that long since I have had them but I dont remember. Has this happened to anyone else?? Ive gotten all negative pregnancy tests but no period. I havent stressed about it, all i have had is a bit of queasiness, headaches, and thing that normally dont smell bad to me are making me queasy. Shower has 17 seconds of Freezing COLD and 17 seconds of Scolding HOT

My shower goes in and out literally. This morning I counted 17 seconds of freezing cold water and then 17 seconds of scolding hot water and repeat. It is hard to take a shower between those few seconds between where the water is somewhat bearable. Has anyone run into this problem before? Can anyone help?

My son wants to wear a bra and I don't know what to do!?

My son's 11 and he keeps asking to get to wear a bra. I think he's jealous of his sisters, I have 5 kids and 4 are girls. I'm a single mom, but my alimony allows me to stay home with the kids as a stay at home mom. When my youngest daughter (10) got a training bra a couple weeks ago my son started asking to get one and not a day has gone by that he hasn't asked. How can I help in a child abuse situation?

My girlfriend's sister (Jessica) has three children, 1 an adopted 14 year old girl (Lindsey), and 2 9 year old twin boys. She treats the girl w/ extreme emotional neglect and abuse. The girl is constantly ridiculed for being stupid, she is chastised and called a liar for the smallest of infractions, she is made to do ALL of the dirty work around the house, she is gotten out of bed if a mess is made in the night or if it is found out that she did something wrong. The girl does not know that she is adopted, and it is the general consensus of everyone that there is something wrong with her mentally. When her IQ was tested as a small girl, she rated as barely above mental retardation. Her biological family is not the best gene pool to dip into. Anyway, Jessica has an obsession with "discipline". She feels that she was not adequately disciplined as a child, and that is why she did drugs and partied and dropped out of school. Yet, she says her mother hounded her too much and that's why she left. Well, she is always saying that she is going to make the girl's life a "living hell", and she does. She is currently forcing the girl to eat only spicy ramen noodles. She found out that while she was gone (out doing something with the family while Lindsey was at home alone), Lindsey had eaten ramen noodles and tried to hide the evidence. The trash was at the bottom of the can, and the bowl was rinsed out. She found out b/c there were noodles in the sink. There is no telling how long Lindsey is going to have to eat noodles, but I witnessed it tonight when we had Krystals and pizza. Everyone (except my girlfriend and I) was laughing at Lindsey and the boys were asking how it tastes. The "stepfather" was saying that she should make her eat something really nasty, like brussels sprouts or asparagus. Jessica is always humiliating Lindsey in different ways. One time, Lindsey was hopping in the house, so Jessica made her hop laps around the house. She does mean, spiteful things all the time. It is Lindsey's sole responsibility to take care of their 3 dogs, including going out in the middle of the night down the hill in the woods (they live on a mountain) to bring one of the dogs in. Recently Lindsey was telling me about how she was scared coming up "the other" hill. I asked, and it turns out that while Jessica was gone, she made lindsey walk by herself at night about a tenth of a mile down road (with big hills and turns, i would have been scared) to get a note off a door. This is NOT a safe situation for a 14 year old girl. Jessica is weird, in that she gets furious if anyone tries to take up for Lindsey. She tried to throw my gf down the stairs one time b/c she tried to take up for Lindsey and said that Jessica is a bad mother. She always talks about sending Lindsey back to her bio family, who are PURE garbage. She says these things in front of Lindsey, yelling and screaming about what a horrible little girl she is, how she's a liar, etc. Granted, Lindsey does have a problem about lying. But Jessica will often scream at her all day, getting up in her face like a drill sergeant (Lindsey is tiny), and from stories I've heard, she has hit her, including heading. She *NEVER hits her though. Just the other day, though, she apparently beat her with a spatula and belt. She treats her boys like gold, and they have absolutely zero responsibilities. One of them has horrible acid reflux, and puked all over his sheets last night. Lindsey was made to get out of bed tonight to bring the sheets down and clean them. Lindsey cleans the bathrooms almost every night, often up cleaning long after everyone else has gone to bed. She does most of the kids laundry. She is also failing in school, and Jessica refuses to help her or get her help. She says that Lindsy should pay attention and that she is too stupid to learn anyway. My grandmother ped away 3 years ago and she was extremely special and close to me and both of my kids. How to stop throwing up?

I was feeling kinda anxious and unsettling, not what we were about to do, but what would happen if we didn't do it in time. Me and some other guys decided to kill everyone in there I can't remember if we were told to do this or we just chose to. I can't remember too much, but I do remember some shooting. The kids were sitting down in the hallways against the walls. I remember some choas, some running and some screaming. I was wearing black ski mask with a black t shirt and an ault rifle. The kicker is there was this girl. Now some of those kids there are in my current grade now.I didn't recognize them, well I did but not as friends of mine this time. The girl that was in the dream she had a big crush on me, I know her for real she goes to my school in a grade higher than me, I kinda did like her to just a little, but we kinda grown apart due somethings. I didnt care though shes not that important. In the dream though while everyone was running around she ran right in front of me, and just stopped and looked at me, I pulled a pistol out and put it to her head. I kinda paused because for some reason I kinda didn't want to do that, and she looked at me and smiled like she understood what had to be done and accepted it. So I did it and woke up, not feeling bad just puzzled. Honesty it was kinda fun and enjoyable, but I kinda didn't want to kill her the rest was fun though. Like I said us moving apart didn't bring any pain to me. My feelings for her were very very little, sometimes its on and off. Why did I hesitate to kill her? She was willing to die there without running or begging me not to. The dream felt pretty real, I actually thought I was preventing some worldwide problem. What's the meaning of this cool yet crazy dream??

Is it common for an American to use British English spelling?

Well, I'm fourteen and I have lived in Germany for most of my life, though I was born and have lived in the United for some years. I regularly read books written in American English, but when I write my own, I use the "variant" spelling of words. For example, instead of "favorite" (American) I spell it "favourite" and instead of "realize" I spell it "realise". It's getting annoying because my Microsoft Word keeps correcting my spelling, and I've been a great speller all of my life, it's just the words that are spelled differently (like grey in England and gray in America) that get me. Is there a way I can correct this before I start using British English in school? It's getting hard, and particularly annoying because I have to erase every word that has a UK spelling and rewrite it in American English, and it doesn't help that I have to write in cursive.

Toyota Camry V6 A/Transmission jerking in second gear?

Hey, I just got a used Japanese A/transmission installed in my car, but since then the transmission shifts really hard into second gear. Sometimes it's very noticeable and other times not so much. It doesn't do this when slowing down, only accelerating. Also, it doesn't jerk in another gears. I haven't tried it in D2 or D3 as I just got my car yesterday. Any other suggestions?

You do have TMJ (aka TMD) and you will need to find a dentist who knows how to treat TMJ (not all do) to make a splint for you to wear 24/7 that will decompress the joint so that there will be room for the disk to pop back into place on its own. Sometimes you can maneuver your jaw around to get the disk back into joint but the problem is, once your teeth come together again (which will be unavoidable) the disk will dislocate again and will become locked out again. That is why you need to see a dentist. As long as the jaw clicks and pops that means the articular disk is able to get back into joint. But when the noises stop that means the disk is locked out. TMJ always gets worse over time, never better. The reason why you cannot open wide is when the articular disk becomes dislocated, it acts like a doorstop to prevent the lower jaw from opening more than a few millimeters. Once the disk pops back into place, you will be able to open wide again. Without treatment, the TMJ will NOT heal itself in the locked position but you will be unable to open wide for variable lengths of time depending on when the disk pops back into place. Avoid oral surgeons and traditional orthodontists in your search for someone to treat you, trust me. In the meantime, do not chew gum and avoid hard to chew foods.

Ive never been invited to my best friends house?

Hey. I wouldn't worry about it. I have been a quiet and reserved person all throughout my life. When I was in Cross Country in High School, some teammates would hold cross country parties at their houses, particularly bond fire parties. I would always hear about them but I was never personally invited to any of them. My mother also asked me why I wasn't invited to one she heard about by "accidentally eavesdropping". I said I had no idea why. They were supposed to Cross Country parties but not all the members were invited. Never made sense to me. I have no idea why I was never invited to any of them but I really don't care. It was probably a drunk fest or something because there were teammates that would drink and get drunk. I also do not know if I was the only one not invited. I doubt it but who knows. It could also have been because I was quiet and they probably figured that it wouldn't be worth my time to me. Back then (2 years ago) it bothered me but looking back I really don't care anymore. It bothered me because I was a part of the team and by not being invited, it felt that I don't exist or isn't a big part of the team. I wasn't there to impress anybody. I was there for a good time. The morale of the story is to don't worry about not being invited to parties or other people's houses in your case. To me, all parties were just a click fest. And if you weren't never sociable, then you would have no chance being invited. But I've been out of high school for a year now but looking back I realized that everything happens for a reason which you should think about in your situation. It's out of your control. Good luck!!

The first answer was kind of mean but kind of right too. The job game design is not taught. Most game designers are either artist or programmers who are creative and move into game design. It is kind of a dream job and you can't get a job just with the degree of game designer because you don't really have any experience. Most game programmers program from when their like 14 and same with artist. A lot of game designers have degrees in CS or SE because the know what is possible to make in a game and what isn't. Even if you go to one of those schools you need to learn some programming and some art because then you know what is going on. Knowing how to write and being creative help too. You can become a game designer but you can't just go and get a degree and become the top dog which the game designers are compared to the programmers and artist who do all of the work. I really recommend going for CS or SE and then take some art and writing courses.

A friend of mine has Pneumonia and was hospitalized for it. Upon his release the gave him a prescription for moxifloxacin. (3 pills one daily-400 Mg's) and prescription for Prednisone. (20mgs each -10 pills) with proper instructions on how to take them. He is missing the last two tablets (he only was given 8), is this going to make a difference. while he was in the hospital, we was given these in iv form. I don't understand the application of prednisone for this disease, if it suppress the immune system.Shouldn't the Moxifloxacin, been a longer prescription then just 3 tablets? He also had the flu and pneumonia shots while in the hospital. He was in the hospital 2 1/2 days.
