Whats going on with me am I pregnant?

Me and my fiance had unprotected 3 daysafter I got off my period (Which started on Aug 23rd) and two days later I started bleeding agin but it wasnt heavy, only saw blood on TP (TMI I know) this lasted for about a week. I have been having heavy discharge and I've been urinating more frequently. I even had pickles and ice cream last night!!! (Which by the way is really good.) My ex didn't actually inside of me, his sperm was manually inserted. Is there anyway that I may be pregnant? When is the earliest I can test? I have not had any soreness of my chest or anything just the symptoms mentioned above. Thanks in advance!
