Ok i wet my phone with achool and i didnt take out the battery ne way to fix it?

The keypad doesnt work and its been 4 days already... only some ons work.. the bottons r scrabbled ex. the 3 raises up the volume, fixable? when the alchool got in it the battery was in and it was on still but the next time i tried it it was all messed up... ne ideas?
