Guys i need your opinion PLEASE help (crush)?

I'm a 17 yr old (18 in 2 weeks) single grl. i've recently developed a crush on a 22 yr old single colleague. at our job we're allowed to date coworkers. i've liked him for 2 weeks.. but this past week he has been acting different. like when he asks me how i am its with a different tone like he really means it. then 2 weeks ago i saw him looking at me twice. yesterday when i was working with him he kept clearing his throat a lot. when he asked me to take my break he almost stuttered.. & he went out of his way to compliment me on something he sees me doing evryday.& when i was done with his keys he had me throw them back at him and then he had this HUGE smile. hes really nice just been actin awkward /nervous around me. hes a pretty outgoing guy.other day i was w/mom and he was working and he acted all awkward and went out of his way to say bye.yesterday a customer was talking to him but he was looking at me. then he shook his head and turned to the customer and was "huh..uh sorry..what?"
