How do you tell someone about ual abuse in the easiest way?

I KNOW its not easy to tell someone. My counselor/youth worker isn't in work for a fortnight and I'm probably gonna go through rough patches with ual abuse. Another youth worker has said to me if my counselor/youth worker isn't around I can talk to her about it (she doesn't know what, I don't think, I'm not too fussed if she knows.). Whats the easiest way to tell someone about it?
