They are about the same. If you take all those who volunteer and count only those who actually arrive at a unit, the numbers are about 20% success. SFAS washes out less people than BUD/S, usually, but Q-course drops far, far more aspiring QPs than SQT does for aspiring SEALs...so it evens out.
