Is this the best way to discourage the Terrorists in Pakistan ?

Al-Quaida and the Taliban Activists spread Terror by their Brutality and adherence to their Sharia Laws when dealing with their enemies. .People in and around the areas they enter around Pakistan are frozen with fear that prevents them from doing anything positive. Putting these murderers in Prison is no deterrent as they hope to return to their families some day . Those whom they have beheaded or executed serve to Freeze the living into inaction and fear. Any one therefore taking part in these organisations should be executed ---even if they are caught in a country where there is normally NO CAPITAL PUNISHMENT.
