Is it fair to say Agnostics are more open-minded people?

First off, theists can believe in evolution. Those who believe in creation are in their own league. Aside from that, to stand in the middle of something you can't prove (as of now), then agnosticism would be the most open-minded position. But people don't like that, they want to feel like their life has meaning, and to ociate themselves with a group has more meaning than to say " I don't know".
