Will instaling pinnacle slow down my computer (REPOST)?

I have dell inspiron 1521, windows vista, 894 Mb of RAM.. Also, I just rebooted my computer so i CANNOT SLOW IT DOWN. Please tell me if it will slow it down, Thanks = D I am ONLY downloading the first one
