First of all stalking someone whether at their home, work 'or' on the internet is against the law. You can have harment charges brought up against her. Are you getting child support? If not you should be. I wouldn't worry about your son growing up without a father figure, he has a caring mother and I'm sure that once this is behind you, you will meet someone that will care for you both.
