Stuck in the middle.?

Ok so this is a ruff one Really crazy but don't know what to do. So I have a girl friend. about 2 years now, we get along but the magic isn't there yet. I left to be an exchange student in Brazil and while i was there I made a self discovery that I am bi-ual. So Im back now and I just cant stop thinking about guys and she still wants the relationship to work. The more she is around the more aggravated i get with myself and with her. But I live with my cousin and we do medical billing from home and my girlfriend also helps us. Also my cousin who i live with has become great friends with My girlfriend. So pretty much is a friend triangle with our relationship mixed in plus we all work together where i live. I want to end it with her but i don't want to make it hard for her to come to work, and i respect my cousins friendship with her. COllege starts in Aug and we will be 4 hours apart, should i wait it out and just keep our distance? or do i end it now and have World War three in my House, Work and pretty much my life.!!!!
