Would with a vampire be considered necrophilia?

Obviously, this is a hypothetical question. Common folklore and literature refer to vampires as "dead" or "living dead" or "undead". Necrophilia is known as ual activity with a corpse or the dead. So in an Anne Rice type world, would with a vampire make the living human participant a necrophile?
