How could i go about telling a guy...?

i have very high standards and good morals,i have certain expectations for how a guy should treat me and conduct himself around me. i am talking to guy and have been for a few days now. he sent me a picture of himself just out of the shower but with his #$@% covered up. if i were to send him a picture of me topless then that would just say to him that i am trying to show him what i've got in order to try and "sell" myself to him, meaning that all i want is a ****. how do i tell him, and not sound like a *****, that it was very disrespectful to my and i do not appreciate it and that this is what im thinking,also i'm not easy. how do i put all of that and still be bluntly honest, firm but still be nice enough about it as not to come off as a *****.
