Whats so great about the Pregnant man? Isn't it just a female that dresses like a man?

I don't care what you put on it it's still a female! It's not a pregnant man, it's a pregnant female made up to look like a man. Just because it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, it doesn't mean it is a duck.
