Latin women- please answer. Just started seeing this girl?

Now I'm a young professional, very confident guy, dated A LOT of women, but never a player. I'm very italian and raised with a lot of respect for women (having 3 sister will do that i guess). In the multitudes of women I've dated, I typically enjoy latin girls the most; they come across as very confident, secure, and I like the whole attitude. (not to stereotype them all) So one night last week I was out and not at the places i typically hang out. Opened conversation with a group of girls this latin girl was, lets just say refreshing and interesting. Grabbed her number and said we'd hang out. Hung out a few days later. She came over to my place for a bit during the day, she was way too impressed by my material things; nice condo, motorcycle, escalade, it was obvious we're from two different social cl levels, how do i avoid that being an issue? not intimidate or look like I'm bragging, because truely I'm not, I just like nice things.
